Beautiful Fall~ 2009~

What? A whole year that I have neglected...yet again...this poor old blog :( But a good year it has been! 8 months ago my sister met Mike Kemmerer, and they were just married this past August.
I will put a few photo's of the wedding on here, If I can remember how to do that with my computer illiteracy :) The three little darling girls I have been babysitting for the past 3 1/2 years are growing SO stinkin fast! They have become such a part of me, and we have such fun times together. The Lord has really watched over me this past year. Through a bad car accident, he used that SO much to get my attention. He is SO good and SO faithful... Fall in Pennsylvania is one of my favorite time's of year :) The colors, the smells, the campfires, the apples and pumkins..Love it all! Princeton is such a pretty town, especially at the peak of each season. The way the colorful leaves collage the gorgeous architecture of the University, ah..stunning :-) They already have Christmas lights up! whoo-hoo! We just got back from another wonderful time in New England, seeing friends and meeting new ones. Michael and Rebekah's baby is due very soon! So excited for you guys, and great to see you as always :)
God Bless You and thank's for visiting my blog~

The entire summer!

Hey everyone!

I sure have neglected this poor blog over the summer....I hope you have all had a superb summer? I sure did! Having the summer off has been such a blessing...spending more time with my family, visiting a few dear people, but most importantly so grateful for all God has taught me. It was the kind of summer that brought more than just gorgeous sunsets and warm breezes.

We've been enjoying the farm as usual..An overdose of tomatoes right now :( Please call if you want ANY! please! :)

July 4th. we drove up to Rehoboth, MA. for Jordan and Melissa's wedding. It was so God honoring and SOOO incredible! I've never been to anything so unique, and so beautiful. I posted several pictures below...I mean, several! :)

I hope you all have a most wonderful Labor Day weekend!

God Bless,

A walk in the park, a trip to North Carolina~

We recently were in North Carolina, visiting the beach..It was so beautiful! 85 degrees in April, I'll take that any day! :)

I took the little sweetheart I babysit to the park, where we spent the morning taking pictures. Right when spring was in full bloom! She was a great sport, and we had such a nice time :)

God Bless, and Happy Spring my friends!

Philadelphia Flower Show, A Beautiful wedding, and more fun in Birmingham!

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to go back to Birmingham, AL. for Justin and Melissa Turley's wedding, meeting such amazing, Godly people, having some great laughs with the Schultz family, they were sooo so hospitable to me, and I am SO encouraged by their genuine love for one another and willingness to serve the Lord. They taught me so much.
Alabama was insanely warm.....I stepped off the plane in Philadelphia this evening, and then looked down at my flip flops and cringed..

The Philadelphia Flower Show was GORGEOUS!! I can't get over the beautiful arrangements they put together each year.

God Bless You!

From December to uh..ahh....February? Ooops.

Hey there, friends!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! hahaha yes I have neglected my blog. very sad. Thanks for reminding me guys :)

Christmas Eve we spent in NYC. It was so pretty but cold. This time of year in the city is great. Carriage rides, ice skating in the park, we ate dinner at a great Italian place.

New Years Eve was a little carried away at night...When the clock struck 12, the noise level that went up to a strong degree...We had noise makers and each other. Banging pots is always fun :)
One of our friends made awesome empanadas. Whats the latest anyone has stayed up?

So I figure, Spring to SO close, I even left my coat in the car today to dream on :)

This weekend has been really fun! We were blessed with a visit from the Thomases, they are so much fun! My family has been snowboarding alot, I try to love the cold. Really, I do!

God Bless You all,

Here are a few pictures.

Farm Flowers~

I added a few photos of the remaining flowers at the farm we joined this summer. We are still getting veggies now in November! I'm so glad we joined, it was a great experience, and one we'll be sure to repeat :-) The flower pictures are the last of them. This week the frost hit them, so i'm glad I caught a few pictures.

Yes, I am a bit floral obsessed :-)

My visit to Pittsburgh, PA.

This past weekend I was in Pittsburgh, PA. visiting/"meeting" my pen pals of 13 years. It took us thing long to get together, and i'm so glad we did! The Feltovich family has mastered the gift of hospitality. They blessed me SO much, in every little and big thing, I felt like I was at a Bed and Breakfast!

They surprised me with a delicious vegan apple pie, with a smiley face! :-)
They were so sweet to take me into Pittsburgh, some cute shops and beautiful views!

Wonderful laughter, the most delicious gourmet meals, Christian fellowship, perfect weather, God is SO good! :-)

Oh, the sweetness of a new Season~

Today was the first day in awhile its actually felt like it was almost November. This morning started rather odd. I was wearing my slippers, it was pouring rain, slippery steps, i'm late, its dark, i'm carrying a gym bag on one shoulder, my gigantic water bottle on top of a mesh of things, and then it happened...The bag caught on a railing, throwing me backwards for a second, all my stuff goes flying, except the bag, I then slide down the stairs, the slippers not helping much, my water bottle is now near empty. I just came home from the chiropractor by the way! :-)

However, it feels like that was another day.

Driving through beautiful foliage...reds. greens. yellow. orange. It is beautiful.

I have not had coffee for a good 5 months, with one exception at the Thomases before going into the sauna. I wouldn't particularly recommend that. Well, today I had a whole two cups! It was delightful at the time. hahaha :)

Crisp air, clear skies after alot of rain.

There is something about a new season I love. A change. A new beginning. Room for growth. Reason to see beauty through trials. The ability to learn from the past season and share its lessons with the one to come.

So, my friends, as you enjoy your favorite bowl of soup, or tea...Be warmed to know that God wastes nothing. Live this season to the fullest. And be blessed in Christ.

I have thrown a mix match of photo's, as well as a very wonderful visit to the Chancey's home in Birmingham, Alabama. God is SO good :-)
So I have finally set up a blog...It certainly took long enough! Thank You Tiffany for the brilliant idea and help :-)

Fall in Bucks County is really beautiful about now. I can't believe how warm it is.

I just returned home from Texas, and had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people. The happily married and very sweet new Voeller couple so kindly helped get me to Doug Phillips' church on Sunday. The Wakefields were so kind to open their home to me, and it was a real blessing to join a small group prayer for Korea. It's neat how God has you in certain places at certain times. He really put Korea on my heart, and I was moved by the sure presence of the Holy Spirit in that room.
I can't believe the speed limit in that state! The weather is gorgeous! I just loved the River Walk, especially the Italian restaurant with the talented Mexican sombrero musicians! The Alamo experience was complete with a cactus introduction, and I feel a bit more educated in it's history.
I was very blessed to get to know the Samurill (s.p.?) family from Louisiana. Elizabeth and I had such a wonderful time getting to know one another. I miss her already, and I hope their trip home was a good one!

Warm Autumn wishes to ya'll! (please can I say that, considering my more frequent trips down south:-)
